Gibbs, 20, battles weather to win Indy Xfinity race

Ty Gibbs, 20, posted a win in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series event after the race in Indianapolis was red-flagged for nearly 45 minutes because of lightning, which was followed by heavy rains that saturated the track.
